Real estate video production

Listing films, development marketing, and agent brand video, shot to a broadcast standard by a production company that understands what actually moves a property.

The studio

Property video that sells rather than documents

A walkthrough is not a film. The difference shows up in the offer.

Most real estate video is a camera walked through a property in the order the rooms happen to appear. It documents the floor plan and persuades nobody. The films that work are built the way a commercial is built: a reason to keep watching in the first five seconds, a sequence that reveals the best of the property in an order that creates want, and an ending that tells the viewer exactly what to do next.

There are really two businesses here, and they need different films. An agent marketing a listing needs speed, consistency, and something that performs on a phone screen. A developer marketing a building needs a film that carries a brand, survives a sales centre screen at full size, and can be cut down for paid media. We produce both, from the same crew and to the same standard as our commercial work.

What we bring that a photographer with a gimbal does not is the commercial discipline behind the film: a shot list built around a selling argument, a crew that lights interiors properly, and a delivery date agreed before the shoot rather than after it.

Real estate video production services

01

Listing Films

Single-property films built to sell rather than catalogue, delivered fast enough to matter while the listing is fresh.

02

Development and New Build

Sales centre films, launch campaigns, and pre-construction marketing for buildings that need to sell before they exist.

03

Agent and Brokerage Brand

The film that wins the listing appointment. Who you are, how you work, and why a seller should hand you their largest asset.

04

Aerial and Drone

Context, grounds, roofline, and neighbourhood, flown by licensed pilots where airspace allows and planned around it where it does not.

05

Social and Vertical Cuts

Shot vertically rather than cropped down, because that is where buyers are actually looking.

06

Client Testimonials

Past sellers and buyers making your case, which is the single most persuasive asset an agent can own.

Shooting property

What the work actually requires

Property is deceptively hard to shoot well. The building does not move, which means everything depends on light, order, and restraint.

01

Light Decides the Schedule

Every property has a right time of day, and it is a property of which way the windows face rather than what suits the calendar. We scout for it and build the shoot order around it, because no grade recovers a room shot into flare.

02

Sequence Beats Coverage

Filming every room in floor-plan order produces a document. Opening on the property’s single strongest feature and building toward the second produces an offer. What you leave out matters as much as what you show.

03

Airspace Is Not Automatic

Drone work needs a licensed pilot and clear airspace, and large parts of major metros are restricted or controlled. We check before we promise an aerial, and we plan an alternative rather than discovering the problem on the day.

04

Speed Is Part of the Product

A listing film delivered three weeks after launch has missed most of its value. For listing work we compress the schedule deliberately and tell you the delivery date before we shoot.

05

Staging Is Cheaper Than Post

An hour spent clearing counters, straightening a room, and turning lamps on saves far more than it costs. We tell you exactly what to prepare before the crew arrives.

06

Shoot Once, Cut Several Ways

One visit should produce the main film, a thirty-second paid cut, and vertical versions for social. Deciding that up front costs nothing; deciding later means going back to a property that may already be under contract.

Pricing

What real estate video production costs

Most production companies will not put numbers on a page. Here are ours.

Cost is driven by property size, crew, shoot days, aerials, and how much post the project needs. Agents shooting regularly should ask about a per-listing rate rather than quoting each property from scratch.

$0$5k$10k$15k$20k$25k+
Single listing film$3,000 – $10,000
Agent brand or multi-property$5,000 – $20,000
Development campaign$10,000 and up

Aerials, twilight exteriors, and talent on camera are the three things that most often move a property shoot right.

01

$3,000 to $10,000

Single listing film. One property, one shoot day, a compact crew. Includes production, edit, color, sound, licensed music, and vertical versions for social.

02

$5,000 to $20,000

Agent brand film or multi-property project. Several properties or shoot days, on-camera presenter, aerials, motion graphics, and more involved post.

03

$10,000 and up

Development campaign. Sales centre film plus cutdowns for paid media and social, produced together so cost per deliverable falls sharply.

Why Click Play

A production partner, not just a camera crew

We come at property from commercial production rather than from photography, which changes how the film is built and what it is trying to do. You get one producer accountable end to end, published pricing, and a delivery date agreed before the shoot rather than after it.

FAQ

Real estate video production questions

How much does real estate video production cost?

A single listing film typically runs $3,000 to $10,000. An agent brand film or multi-property project runs $5,000 to $20,000. A development campaign starts around $10,000 and drops in cost per deliverable as volume rises. Aerials, twilight exteriors, and on-camera talent are quoted separately and itemized up front.

How fast can you turn a listing film around?

Fast enough to matter, and we agree the date before we shoot rather than after. Listing work is time-sensitive in a way that most video is not, so we compress the schedule deliberately for it. If your property goes live on a fixed date, we build backwards from that.

Do you shoot aerials and drone footage?

Yes, with licensed pilots. The caveat worth knowing is that airspace is not automatic: large parts of major metros are restricted or controlled, and some areas prohibit drone flight outright. We confirm before we promise an aerial, and where we cannot fly we plan elevated alternatives instead of discovering the problem on the shoot day.

Do you work with agents or only developers?

Both, and they need different films. Agents need speed, consistency, and something that performs on a phone. Developers need a film that carries a brand and survives a sales centre screen. If you list regularly, ask about a per-listing rate rather than a fresh quote each time.

What should I do to prepare the property?

Clear surfaces, straighten rooms, open blinds, turn on every lamp, and hide bins, cables, and cars from the driveway. We send a short checklist before the shoot. An hour of preparation buys more than an hour of post ever will.

Do I get vertical versions for social?

Yes, and we shoot them rather than cropping them out of the landscape edit. Buyers are looking on phones, and a film composed for a wide frame and squeezed into a vertical one reads as an afterthought because it is one.

Can you shoot occupied or tenanted properties?

Yes. It needs more planning and a clear agreement about access and timing, and we work quietly and quickly to keep the disruption short. Tell us at the quoting stage so the schedule reflects it.

Where do you shoot?

We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Fort Lauderdale, and Houston, and we crew in 48 markets. Crews are booked locally, so a property outside our office cities does not carry travel costs for a flown-in team.

Who owns the footage?

You do. You receive the finished deliverables and, on request, the camera originals. We archive projects, which matters in property because a building you filmed once can be re-marketed later without shooting it again.
